By registering, you agree to provide accurate contact information, select the correct appointment or event session, and review the details of your reservation. Reservations are subject to availability and any applicable capacity limits. For paid experiences, your reservation is confirmed only when the required payment has been successfully processed and a booking confirmation has been issued. Each event or service may have specific details regarding its duration, price, included materials, refreshments, and participation requirements. These details will be provided in the applicable listing or booking process. Please review your confirmation carefully and contact us promptly if anything appears incorrect.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. We also reserve dedicated time, materials, and limited spaces for our guests, so advance notice is important.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or event start time are eligible for a refund of the amount paid for that reservation.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are generally nonrefundable.
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment or event and have not canceled within the required timeframe, your reservation is considered a no-show and is generally nonrefundable. Refunds will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider. We may make exceptions at management's discretion when circumstances warrant. Any exception is voluntary and does not change the general policy for future reservations. This policy is subject to applicable consumer protection laws and any clearly disclosed, lawful terms specific to an individual offering. To request a cancellation, please email [email protected].
4. Rescheduling Policy
Guests may request to reschedule an appointment or experience by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and the nature of the service or event.
Some workshops and special events take place on a single date and may not have another session available. In those circumstances, an eligible guest may request a refund under our cancellation policy instead.
Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be declined, and the original reservation may be forfeited.
Management may approve exceptions when appropriate.
5. Late Arrivals
We want every guest to enjoy the full experience they reserved. Please arrive on time for your appointment, workshop, or event. A grace period of up to 15 minutes may be allowed.

A missed or canceled reservation resulting from late arrival is generally nonrefundable. Management may make exceptions at its discretion, depending on the circumstances and availability. Late arrivals do not automatically extend the scheduled end time of an appointment or workshop.
6. Reservation Transfers
Reservations are made for the registered participant and are not transferable without prior approval from Sanctuary Color Arts Studio management. If you are unable to attend and would like another person to use your reservation, please contact us to request permission. Before attending, the replacement participant must provide the necessary registration information and acknowledge the applicable Terms & Conditions. An unapproved replacement participant may be refused admission.
7. Paint & Sip Workshops, Art Classes & Creative Experiences
Our creative workshops are designed to offer an enjoyable, welcoming space to explore art, learn, and connect with others. Unless the event listing states otherwise, the workshop fee includes access to the materials and tools needed for the scheduled activity. Completed artwork belongs to the participant and may be taken home, unless a particular event clearly states otherwise. Items specifically included for participants to keep, such as a tote bag or canvas used for their completed artwork, are also theirs to take home. These include, but are not limited to:
- Paintbrushes and reusable palettes
- Shared paints, containers, and studio equipment
- Instructional tools and reusable workshop materials
- Other supplies not specifically identified as take-home items
